Current Research Interests:
I study organizational recruitment and selection. I am interested in understanding why people are attracted to certain jobs and organizations, how people make career choices, and how organizations decide who they will hire. Included in this I study how applications and organizations decide they "fit" well with one another, and the impact this has on job and career choices.
